You carry a community’s future.

With EasyGold, you don’t have to carry that responsibility alone.

EasyGold helps you find a credible buyer and navigate the sale, with your community’s interests at heart.

We understand your responsibility.

You may represent tens or hundreds of miners whose gold has been pooled for sale. You have travelled on their behalf. The decisions you make affect the people waiting at home.

The community sets the terms. Your role is to carry them out. If a proposed arrangement needs an exception, that decision may belong to the elders or community leadership, not to you alone.

We respect that responsibility. We work through the community’s requirements with you and the buyer before asking either side to commit.

Tell us what you are authorised to agree—and what must go back to your community.

Finding a buyer should not take months.

You can spend weeks or months in Kenya without meeting a credible buyer. Finding the right people is difficult when you do not have a network to call on.

EasyGold gives you access to potential buyers through our contacts in Canada, the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

Our network opens conversations. Each introduction depends on the buyer’s requirements and your proposed sale.

We check the buyer before you commit.

A buyer may sound convincing, but you need more than promises before putting gold, time or money at risk. EasyGold examines who you are dealing with, their role and how they say they’ll complete the purchase. We help you spot gaps and warning signs before you decide to proceed.

  1. Who is actually buying?

The individual, company and authorised decision-maker. We examine the company information, relevant licences, trading history and the people behind the approach.

  2. Can they fund this purchase?

Available funds, proposed instruments and the intended payment route. Evidence that money exists is different from an enforceable commitment to pay you.

  3. What have they committed?

Depending on the model: travelling to meet you, funding agreed collateral, establishing an acceptable bank instrument, or paying agreed insurance and transport costs. Each needs clear terms.

  4. Can the procedure work for both sides?

Your community’s authority, realistic quantities and margins, the destination refinery, testing arrangements and payment conditions. A willing buyer still needs a workable plan.

A genuine buyer can still propose an unworkable deal.

Many buyers enter the African gold market with limited experience and a fear of being scammed. Sellers can also misunderstand how a buyer operates. EasyGold helps both sides understand each other’s needs and work towards terms they can accept.

“Send a kilo first.”

To a buyer, a trial shipment may seem a simple test. For you, even one kilo means valuable gold, taxes, insurance and shipping costs—all before payment. We help educate buyers.

“My principal has the money.”

The person meeting you may represent the buyer, while a colleague handles payment from elsewhere for security. EasyGold helps you establish who is authorised to agree the deal and who will arrange payment.

“You each keep a key.”

Dual custody sounds reassuring, but both parties can fear being left exposed. EasyGold reduces that exposure by working only with vetted buyers and clear custody terms.

Before the gold moves, make the terms clear.

We help you and the buyer work through the points where misunderstanding or unequal control can put either side at risk.

CustodyWho can move or release the gold?

Agree who holds the shipment and any collateral, who can authorise access, the conditions for release and what happens if the transaction stops. Examine the custodian, not just the keys.

Testing & valuationHow will the price be established?

Agree the assay process, sampling, refinery, price calculation, deductions and a route for resolving disputed results before shipment. A lower valuation should have evidence you can examine.

PaymentWhen is payment complete?

Agree the method, recipient, timing and verification before handover. Cash, USDT or bank transfer must fit the chosen transaction and the community’s authorised terms. A screenshot or payment message alone is insufficient.

Costs & delaysWho pays, and what if the deal stalls?

Set out export, transport, insurance, storage and intermediary costs, together with deadlines and exit conditions. Identify who benefits if a transaction remains open.

The real gold isn’t the metal on the table. It’s the people talking to each other.

Genuine people on both sides give a transaction a chance. Our role is to help them find each other and work towards terms both can carry out.

Experience on your side of the table.

Help both sides agree.

We explain proposed arrangements in plain language, help coordinate the discussions and work towards fair terms. Testing, legal, banking and custody questions go to the relevant independent specialists.

Be clear about the limits.

Screening and guidance reduce uncertainty. They do not guarantee a buyer’s conduct, payment or completion. We tell you what we know, what remains unverified and when we believe you should stop.

Screening goes both ways. Genuine buyers also need to understand your authority to sell, the origin of the gold and the proposed supply.

Start with the situation. We’ll ask the right questions.

Tell us whom you represent, where you are in the process and what the buyer is proposing. Include the terms your community needs you to respect.

An outline is enough to begin. Leave out identity documents, bank details and wallet information.
