We maintain a private screening list of sellers we know to be problematic. When you bring us a name, we check it against that knowledge and give you a straight assessment.
The list stays private. It helps flag known problems; a name we have not encountered still needs investigation.
Alongside that knowledge, we maintain relationships with a small group of reliable sellers whose delivery we know through experience.
For a buyer starting fresh, those relationships can provide a route into the market. For a buyer who already has a seller, our experience can help assess the proposition before money moves.
